The bats in our September/ October 2025 issue must migrate, or travel long distances, for warmer weather where insects still fly. But not the bats at the Congress Avenue bridge in Austin, Texas. They’ve found a warm, safe space in the bridge, with easy access to insects down the river! Their flight to the river each night has become a popular event for tourists.
