For summer’s arrival, we’re taking a dive into Prince William SPCA is celebrating
the world’s lakes and oceans! We'll explore 14 years of sponsoring Kind News for
the lives of our "underwater cousins" with classrooms in Prince William County,
ethologist Jonathan Balcombe, including Manassas Park, and Manassas, Virginia.
